Sleeps up to 4 ppl with a super comfy king size bed and a double in the loft. This renovated modern boathouse has everything you need including integrated fridge, dishwater, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, ceiling fan, electric blinds and bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers.  We have lots of water toys and the over-sized Jetty is a great place to lounge and just hang out. Book our day boat and be whisked off to one of the fabulous waterfront restaurants. 

For larger groups, book the whole property and have room to spread out. There are gorgeous views from literally every room with flexible sleeping options. Boathouse (1× king + 1× double in loft); 4 rooms in the Main house (1× king + single daybed in master, 1× queen, 1× double , 1x convertible sofa to queen; Studio cabin (1x queen loftbed, 1 king single day bed with single trundle which can pop up to convert to a king bed; note no bathroom). There are over-sized dining tables both inside and outside with seating for 10 comfortably. So many great areas to lounge throughout the property. It's the perfect waterfront property to stay put and enjoy water activities or use it as a base and take some adventures.
