Our aim is to create a very small membership community to ensure the boat is available when you want it. We want to offer maximum flexibility and do our utmost to accommodate your plans. As such the below rules are to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for each member. However, where availability allows, we will happily extend things like return times and booking periods. We want you to enjoy your membership and time on the water.

Each package entitles the member to an allocation of member points. Ie the Committed Cruiser package provides 200 points which is the equivalent of 20 overnight cruises. 10 point entitles a 22 hour cruise or 24 hours where consecutive nights are booked. Generally speaking a cruise will commence at 11am and be returned at 9am the following day to allow for cleaning and provisioning prior to the next booking. However where available return times may be extended. Day cruises (up to 8 hours) are accommodated and use 7 membership points. 

We hope you will enjoy your points within a 12 month period but we will work with you to ensure you get value from your membership. Speak to us about any concerns with your plans. Additional points can be purchased at anytime as needed at the package rate or upgraded to the next package.

To give every member a fair chance to book time on the water we allow  every member the ability to make one booking per month in advance for a maximum of 6 consecutive days (ie 1 weekend per month) on a first come first serve basis. You can book up to 12 months in advance. On the 15th of every month we will then allow each member to make additional bookings for the following month for any dates not already booked. 

As this is a boat hire arrangement the Hirer/Member must be in attendance for every cruise. This cannot be transferred to others. Co-membership is allowed. Where the member does not have adequate boating experience to be covered on insurance, an approved skipper is required and arranged via a 3rd party skipper contract. 

Membership Points can be exchange for use of our Axopar day boat or Scotland Island holiday house at a rate of 4 points per night for the clubhouse or 1 point for the boathouse and 2 points for a 6 hr Day excursion on the Axopar (not including fuel and extras).
